Apple Introduced a New Challenge For India Called Fitness Challenge

This challenge main aim is to bring fitness in our day to day activities. Because now a days in this busy world you sit at a single place for a long time and doing your stuff. Here we lack our exercise and movement. Now a days, we even wont move from one place to another we just site in a place and do our work. So, this is what is happening right now.

So, to change this they have started a new challenge 'Get Active India'. So how to Enroll in it?
For this you should have Apple i-watch. Apple's i-watch is a must for you. and another thing is you must download an app from apple store named challenge app. you can download it from Here.




After you download select challenges and type the code "India" in it. Just enter this code and you are done. Then they ask for your city like Mumbai, Delhi etc. OR id you feel like you didn't saw your city then you can choose rest of other in  the option.

So, the first thing is you must give your actual weight. Then  you must allow some permissions that they ask for. This challenge had been started from feb 15 and goes live till March 14. This is a month challenge. For this program all i-watch series can enroll in this challenge.

What Are the Goals about this challenge?
This pragram has three basic goals. The first one is Move second is exercise
and the third goal is stand. So, these are the three primary goals which you will be getting depending upon your weight which you have given during your registration.




Depending upon your weight you will be given the goals to complete. There will be like 3 ring each represents exercise, move and stand. And everyday you have to complete your goals ie those rings. If you make it you will be getting some points also. This is what the base idea for this challenge.

How is this points calculated?
 This points are calculated in a period of one hour per day. In the sense how many hours you have moved, depending on that factor you will be getting your points accordingly. The sme thing works for Exercise and  also stand for the points.

With the help of this challenge you can make your body fit. You wont be getting any kind of heart issue, your blood pressure will gradually decrease and also you will be getting more confidence in you life to do things.
