Starting November 2, Minecraft is included with Xbox Game Pass. Subscribers got access to both versions of the game: vanilla Minecraft Java Edition and more modern Minecraft Bedrock, built for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Concurrently with the Xbox Game Pass release, Minecraft has a universal launcher. Previously, the developers of Minecraft Bedrock and Minecraft Java Edition supported their own versions of the launcher, now everything works through one application.
Using the new launcher does not affect player data, saves, or installed mods. If desired, players can continue to use old launchers or applications created by members of the fan community.

By purchasing any of the versions of Minecraft for PC, Mojang employee Gama Aguilar-Gamez promises that players will receive another version for free. Players who have already purchased one of the versions will also receive the second as a gift.
True, Mojang is not yet ready to say when such an opportunity will appear.

That isn’t hard. First, all you need is make sure you have a Microsoft Account, and are logged in with the same on your PC on the Microsoft Store. That is mandatory requirement since you can’t download this launcher without this.
Next, you should go to the Microsoft Store with your Windows PC and search for Minecraft Launcher. The Minecraft Launcher will open in Search, so you will need to click on it and download. Once you have downloaded Minecraft Launcher, you can have access to it easily using the Windows Search tool. Just search Minecraft Launcher and reload it. Once you have the Launcher up and running, you can access all three games from there. This is a pretty good feature, and many fans have been asking for it for a long time.
